In this day and age, everybody's running around with the heads cut off in fear of the recession!
In my opinion, this is the perfect time for every lover of fashion to take a dip in their pockets and spend time scouring for pieces that are synonymous with who they are and who they would like to be. Things are changing in the world people and fashion is becoming cheaper, it wouldn't look that way after a recent increase in the prices at Louis Vuitton but sales are happening and styles are becoming more accessible! My weekly trip to Winner's confirms this for me.

So anyway with all that said I need to make a dash to Sterling Shoes in Northland Village Mall (5111 Northland Drive NW) they seem to be having a blow out sale!

Word is the sale has styles at $30 or less!

It's Been A Long Week

So we've been a little slow with posting this week but only because we've been busy with photo shoots, Factory Party 4 CF installation planning, constructing and bouncing ideas between the team and not partying our butts off due to the state of American politics right now. Like the "leader of the free world" is doing, we have been working hard to take on new directions and teaming up collectively to push this lil blog ere a little further. Even though things have been hectic here there's a lot of stuff to post about.

Sales Sales Sales

With only just being in the city for a year and half, Kure Clothing (#111 880 16th ave SW) has announced that they will be closing down. The Facebook event for their closing down sale says "it was the wrong time to open a new business." It is sad to hear the status of the economy is affecting businesses to the extent of closure.
All merchandise is being marked down between 50% and 80%. They even have new denim and dresses that have come in early for spring that have already been marked down by 50%

So every once in a while a sale that leaves you speechless happens.This is the case, in many ways I feel this sale should have been called the "Seriously.Seriously?.Seriously!?!?!?!?! Sale!" Kitschykoo! presents OH SNAP!, a group show of 32 visually prolific photographers spanning Calgary’s broad art scene. Professionals, students, and hobbyists unite under one roof for one night only to share their love of the fuzzy, the grainy, the light leaks, and the unexpected. This is an exhibition of vintage, toy, and lomographic cameras and the beautiful photographs they produce.


The show takes place at ARTSPOT, a brand-new exhibition space in a converted house complete with the proverbial picket fence. Local Calgary DJ’s Sarah Ford and Kamil Krulis will be spinning rocking tunes for your listening enjoyment.
